At Veristock, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [your support email] and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will make it right at no charge.
Non-Refundable Items For hygiene reasons, opened disposable or personal care products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
